In the event that a snakebyte™ product can no longer be used because of a service or firmware update, affected customers can take advantage of the snakebyte™ Compatibility Guarantee.

What This Means To You:

1. If a snakebyte™ product can be updated at home (via USB, for example), contact us and you will receive new firmware to install.
2. If the product cannot be updated at home, contact us and we’ll give you an address to send your product to us: in return you’ll receive either an updated controller or a new, compatible device for free.*

*You will cover the cost of shipping the device back to us and we’ll cover the cost of returning it or an updated controller to you at our cost.  End-of-life (EOL) products are not covered by this guarantee.  This guarantee covers all current snakebyte™ products only.  

If you want more information about the snakebyte™ Compatibility Guarantee or have a device that should be replaced based upon our Compatibility Guarantee, please email our Support Team at customersupport(at)snakebyte-usa.com.  If we cannot send you an update or new product immediately, you will be notified of the expected timeframe in a return email.
