“The Premium Remote XL+ simply is the best Wii™ controller I have had the pleasure to game with.” http://thegamershub.co.uk/2010/11/snakebyte-premium-remote-xl-review/
The Other View
The XL+ is one bad ass mofo of a controller. And it controls so well. I'm not the biggest fan of third party controllers, but i was quite impressed with how well the XL+ handled.

“Normally I’m not one for third party controllers, but this one intrigued me as it was the first to the market that does something the original didn’t. 8.5 Capsules out of 10.”

I4U news
“At first, I thought I would rather just pay the extra $5 and get the real Nintendo controller, but after using the Wii™ Premium Remote XL+ controller, I have changed my mind.” http://www.i4u.com/42217/snakebyte-wii-premium-remote-xl-controller-review

The “Premium Remote XL+” is not just a Wii™ remote, but it comes built in to it with the MotionPlus hardware, + 5 more feet of range, rechargeable Ni-MH batteries and a USB charging cable included, and a retail price of $39.99. So for the same price of your normal Wii™ controller you are already saving $20.00 with the MotionPlus already added on.
Consolegaming.eu
"This controller does absolutely everything that one could ask for, all for a very cheap price. When you consider the cost of an official Wii™ controller, an official MotionPlus attachment and a large pack of AA batteries, you will soon realize that paying a one-off fee is an ideal solution to your problems. If you play the Nintendo Wii™ very often, there is no doubt that investing in a pair of snakebyte™ Premium Remote XL+ controllers is a must. http://www.consolegaming.eu/review.php?id=306
Disciplined Monkey Studios
The Wiimote, many people were taken a back when Nintendo announced this redesign of a peripheral that has been around since before the company was making video games. That’s right kids Nintendo used to be a card game company, but outside of the history lesson here, they “revolutionized” the design of the video game controller when they announced the Wii™ http://dmonkeystudios.squarespace.com/tgg/2010/10/17/a-better-mouse-trap.html#entry9212162
Avault.com
"The design is far more efficient, and the functionality is on par, if not better than that of the Wii™ MotionPlus. If you need to get a new Wii™ remote – seriously consider the Remote XL for your next purchase." http://www.avault.com/reviews/seal-of-excellence/snakebyte-wii-premium-remote-xl-review/
VideoGameTalk.com
“The $10 you save off the price of the official Wii™-mote will be the deciding factor for almost anyone choosing between the XL+ and the Wii™ Remote Plus, as they perform equally as well. Obviously, the recharging capabilities help make this more attractive financially and economically, especially since there’s no need for a dock.” http://www.videogametalk.com/reviews/1118/snakebyte-premium-remote-xl/

“Sunflex USA brings the latest in Wii™ remote technology-the Premium Remote XL+ and in the process, proves that third party companies can indeed make high quality peripherals for the Nintendo Wii™. Unlike the average controller for the Nintendo Wii™ console, this nifty piece of hardware syncs easier with a convenient synchronization button at the top, and happens to be a bit easier to well, control.” http://reviewfix.com/2010/11/new-third-party-wiimote-worth-biting-into/
Gamertell.com
“Even before I plugged in snakebyte’s Premium Remote XL+ remote controller for Wii™, I was pretty much sold. Simply put, the XL+ resolves pretty much all the major issues you might have with your Wii™ Remote Controller: MotionPlus is built in, it is rechargeable using a standard USB cable and a Sync button is on the outside instead of inside the battery case.” http://www.gamertell.com/gaming/comment/snakebyte-premium-remote-xl-plus-rechargeable-remote-controller-for-wii/
Dancinghotdogs.com
The most important aspect was gameplay and that is where I could not see a difference between the original and the snakebyte, which is a great thing. To make things even better the remote is about 20 dollars less than the Orginal Wii™ remote with MotionPlus built in. Add that together with seamless game play, intelligent additions and all the other similarities with the original controller I am hard press not to recommend the snakebyte Premium Wii™ remote to anyone. http://www.dancinghotdogs.com/?p=2926
