The Premium Fitness Board displays the number of hours the board has been in use under the heading "ST".
Please keep in mind, that "ST" is only a timer which displays how many hours have been played. It is not an abbreviation for "stones" (a measurement of weight in the UK).
Sometimes the board can't get enough power to start up if the batteries are almost empty. Try replacing the batteries with a set of brand new ones and reset the board.
