A healthy lifestyle is important. These days it’s hard to balance your free time though, you need to prioritize the important things: work, eating, sleeping, and video games. Thankfully, Nintendo came out with a solution for us a while back with the Wii™ Fit. The Balance Board is not visually appealing though, and the asking price is fairly high. The Premium Fitness Board displays the number of hours the board has been in use under the heading "ST".
Please keep in mind, that "ST" is only a timer which displays how many hours have been played. It is not an abbreviation for "stones" (a measurement of weight in the UK).
Sometimes the board can't get enough power to start up if the batteries are almost empty. Try replacing the batteries with a set of brand new ones and reset the board.
